1. Invited parties complete a Source Abundance Profile (the Registration Fact Sheet) followed by an initial interview with one or more Source Abundance Affiliates to verify/clarify that all answers accurately reflect the intention of the Source Abundance profile. Supplemental information is further requested and verified based on the elective registration categories (i.e. investors must also complete an investor profile and submit a formal investment policy).

2. After a company fills out a Source Abundance Assessment they must complete an Assessment Review with one or more Source Abundance Affiliates to make sure that all answers accurately reflect the intention of a particular Assessment.

3. When a company becomes approved, they must submit documentation for approximately 20% of their answers to the respective Assessment. A Due Diligence Assessment represents the “final exam” of collective deliverables any stakeholder could and should ask when seeking to align themselves with a partner for a business objective.

4. As part of a comprehensive reporting package and to maintain an environment of trust and integrity, the company principal(s) sign-off on a summary disclosure document, following the spirit of Sarbanes Oxley, that any and all information is available within five business days upon request. Principals acknowledge and agree to maintain their information current at least quarterly in arrears or sooner with any material updates. Opportunities are delisted for non-compliance.

5. Finally, 10% of Source Abundance Clients and Affiliates are audited every year. So in a two-year term, all Source Abundance Clients and Affiliates have a one in five chance of being audited. Typically, the audit results in a rating adjustment. If the score falls below the passing grade, third party auditors provide a 90-day grace period to cure the discrepancy with improvement recommendations. If the audit reveals that a company has filled out one or more Assessments intentionally misrepresenting aspects of their business, Source Abundance will publicly revoke the company’s rating and will permanently ban the principals from Source Abundance.
