Urban Remedy is a company that started in San Rafael, California. They wanted to bring healthy food and nutrition as a form of medicine to people. They created mostly soups, salads and snacks.

The villain in the story is unhealthy diets.

The internal problem they were having was feeling lethargic, indigestion and feeling guilty that they couldn’t provide good nutrition for their loved ones.

The problems on the outside were low energy, high cost of juicing and not being able to have fresh ingredients every day.

The conflict they were having was wanting to have high quality nutrition without high prices.

When I met their storm manager, I was interested in helping them right away to share their healing products and services. My background in whole list of health and medicine allowed them to share their products with people faster and easier.

I shared with them a simple process of educating people giving away free samples and allowing people to see what products would help them the most.

I suggested that they come up with a system to make it easier to order and have a renewable and ongoing process for the customer to be delivered to automatically.

I also suggested that they joint venture with other groups and do collaborative marketing with other places that are already successful.

They were able to successfully collaborate with whole foods and expand into other cities and become nationwide eventually.

They were able to grow without having to compromise their values and change much of their product line.

They were able to grow from being a dozen stores in the Bay area to being a nationwide franchise.
