The University of California San Francisco is one of the top medical institutions in California
They wanted to provide excellent medical Care and have an information system to run everything smoothly
The villain in the story was in fighting greed and control
The internal problem was a lack of purpose and clarity
The external problem was that the leadership team was not in alignment
The conflict was that various leaders each felt that their way was the right way
When I met them, there were a number of issues that were not getting addressed and needed to be looked at
I offered them a simple process of getting clear on values purpose and vision and putting together an aligned strategy
They were able to-structure their leadership team and find the next steps that allowed everyone to find their path
The conflict of the leadership team was able to be brought to fruition so that everyone could move on
The fighting was able to be ended
They were able to transform from conflict to resolution
