Teleosis was an organization that started in Berkeley California

They wanted to provide homeopathy chiropractic Care to their patients

The villain in the story was entitlement and ignorance

The internal problem was arrogance and laziness

The external problem was trying to find a way to combine medicine and ecology at the same time

The conflict was that the things that are most ecologically sustainable are not often standard medical practices

When I met them they had a small core team and needed help with marketing and enrollment

I offered them a simple process of getting clear on their values vision and purpose and creating a strategic plan and marketing system

They were able to expand from a few people to having a more competent team and creating a program for the greening of Medicine

They were then able to grow that into a health coaching system

They were able to alleviate the issue of narrow-mindedness and limited scope to expanding into a system of ecologically sustainable medicine

They were able to transform from hoping that they could make medicine more ecologically sustainable to actually creating a system to have it happen
