Breeze Botanicals was founded to create herbal remedies for people to use in their healing process.

The villain in the story was scarcity and ineffective strategies.

The internal problem was solopreneuritis.

The external problem was not being able to create the results that were desired.

Philosophical conflict was how much to focus on healing and how much to focus on profit-making.

Since I love herbal medicines and have had a wide variety of startup experiences I felt that I could help expand their strategy to get them the results they were looking for.

I was also able to help one of the relatives that was struggling to get through their next steps.

I helped both brothers get clear on their values purpose and vision.

I then ask them to create strategies that would get them the results they were looking for.

I asked them to create strategies and practices that would allow them to get there.

I offered them coaching and mentorship to step into being who they needed to be.

They were able to grow into a more sustainable and high performing group.

They were able to get clearer on their next steps and how to take them.

They did not have to go through much of the suffering and loss that would have happened if the situation hadn’t been dealt with.

They were able to transform from a small startup that was unclear on how to scale into a thriving organization that is still successful today.
