Take a deep breath, close your eyes and access your trusted source in whatever way is easiest for you.
Notice which chakra you’re in and let it spin faster and faster until it appears almost still.
Allow the ball of energy around you to expand as larges as it can go comfortably.
Let your body go clear and the space around your body go clear and then see how much space you’re able to allow to be clear.
Wherever that issue occurred previously, go back to the earliest time you can recall it happening.
Recall a time that you were at a level 10 out of 10 safety and come to now and go back to then and come to now repeat as many times as needed until you feel something shift.
Take your favorite memory from childhood and feel into it and bring that feeling here now.
Spend a minute or two worrying about everything you can possibly imagine and really feel it and then when you’ve had as much as you can take, show what it’s like to just surrender and let it go.
Notice all the things around you that feel inspirational and start to notice them more and more often.
Set the intention that you have a completely safe space before you go to sleep and ask whatever guides and Higher Powers you work with to hold that space for you so you can totally relax.
While you’re asleep, notice that you can experiment with things that would be very difficult or dangerous in this reality and have a chance to test out things so that when you awake in the morning, you can spend your time on more enjoyable things and have the entire day to create twenty-four hours a day.
Set the intention to check in with source whenever something comes up especially if it’s important.
Notice which plants and animals appear in your dreams and visions and have conversations with them about what will create the optimal life for you and your loved ones.

Hold a gathering where you invite all your guides in and sit with them in council to have whatever needs to be looked at get looked at together. Offer gratitude to any of the guides that you are finished with and see if there’s any last things before they shift and allow for the guides to appear that are here to help you next.
Channel the energies that are meant for you to share in a way that allows you to help those that you’re meant to serve the easiest and fastest way.
Go to a space where there is a sacred waterfall that looks like a veil to the other side and gently walk through the waterfall and notice the healing power of it as you go through it. Keep traveling through to a place where you are meant to sit with your loved one(s) and can be comfortable sharing whatever needs to be shared for as long as you need to share it. When your meeting is finished, offer them love and compassion and draw the connection to where you can have this anytime you need it. As you’re leaving the space, come back through the waterfall noticing it’s healing effects once again and share the awareness of what you learned with those who need it.
See the lesson that you’ve been avoiding appear in front of you as images or symbols that are meaningful to you.
Allow for the lesson to sink in deeply to the point where you actually feel the energy shift and are ready to let go of it.
Set up a simple one or two step process that you use over and over in emergency situations to bring you back to center and practice it often.
Feel into the emotion that is surfacing and go deeper and deeper until you see the causes of it. Allow the causes to be present and watch how it transforms.
Gather together all the souls and spirits that have caused you grief and send a healing flow to all of them. Noticed which ones are open to receiving it and set the intention that they all may receive it whenever they choose.
