Ask them what it’s costing them every day not to solve it now
Ask them for what would be most mutually beneficial
Asking for $1 or $1,000,000 takes the same time
(If Necessary) Set up a 2nd call convenient for both of you
Enroll an average of 1 client a day into improving their situation
Check in with teammates whenever you need support
Find 3 to 5 others who are interested and teach them this model
