Scope of Work & Commitment
We commit a dedicated core team for 70 to 80 Hours per Month allocated across three core disciplines:
Healer/High-Performance Specialist (5-7 hrs/week)
Focus: Human & Cultural Optimization

- Wellness protocol design
- Stress resilience building
Design/UX Strategist (5-7 hrs/week)
Focus: Customer Journey & Experience Optimization
- Sales/marketing funnel audits

AI & Systems Engineer (5-7 hrs/week)
Focus: Technological & Operational Optimization
- AI tool integration
- Rapid MVP prototyping

- Weekly 30-minute sync meetings to ensure alignment
