You’re wounded and you just went through some intense mental trauma like a breakup or something that really works an old memory or is an experience that just broke you or made you break down and what you want to do is clear it so you can feel better in a whole new way and overall feeling like you cleared something or feeling like you could accomplish more so you kind of have more
What you want is relief
The villain is that memory or experience that made you have that breakdown
The pain on the inside is reliving that or re-experiencing that and feeling the pain
The pain on the outside is everything connected to the experience falling apart
The conflict it’s creating in you is that you want to do it, but the pain that it draws up makes you want to avoid it at the same time
Luckily we care about you in this way because it’s hard to move on in life when you’re stuck in a catch 22
And we are experts at helping with emotional stress or trauma
In the simple process, we will help you look at and go back to that memory or experience when it happened and look at what mistake happened or what you believe made that experience horrible or destructive and look at how you could have changed it or look how it could have made a difference in your life and just accept that it’s already happened and you could clear it and let it go and or go back to the person that was affected and apologize or go back to the experience and start doing it again and realize that was just your mental state that stopped you and it wasn’t anyone else or anything you went through in your life and when you realize that you can go to that and give it some advice and once you have that advice, you start using it everyday
So when you do that you have the result of feeling relief from that old pain and getting to re-continue the experience that you once loved again or experiencing that time with that person again and it gives you a different outlook on things
so that you never have to go through that pain of miscommunication, anger or sadness at too much of an extent
So to summarize this, you get to change from pain to relief also you’ll change from traumatization to wholeness and finally you will change from listening to your brain to listening to Source

They want to feel whole but they don’t want to do the work to do it.

What’s some kind of time there was a rat and in the summertime he shaved himself because it was too hot. When he did he felt nice and cool the whole summer and he kept shaving himself. When fall came it’s started getting a little chilly because his hair hadn’t grown back he was a little leaves as clothing bad cuz he still likes the comfort of not having any hair still kept shaving. When winter came the snowman falling in the shriveled rat became cold. He ended up having to go to the rec colony and they made a right bundle and kept him warm. After that the sugar I decided to have hair again so the lesson there is to know what you’re doing but also think to the future.
You’re walking along a path and a dragon stands in the middle of your path. To get around it you either have to defeat it and overcome or retreat and run away. Most people would say they would feed the dragon but if you look at our day today lives that dragon could be taking out the trash or getting promoted.
