Oracle Corporation is a large database company that started in Redwood Shores, California.

The problem they had was that a significant portion of their leadership team was lost in the September 11th attacks in New York City.

The difficulty they had was that many of the people at that level had such high security clearances that they were difficult to replace and they needed to find replacements quickly.

When they met us, we had the ability to recruit people of that type of background
and were familiar with all of the challenges associated with that community. We also had expertise in organizational development and change management as well and were able to help them transition through a very difficult time.

We placed people in key positions to start with and then helped fill in the rest of the team as needed.

We worked with senior leadership like Larry Ellison and Larry Lynn in the company and were able to guide them in new best practices for the world that was now going to be post 9/11.

They were able to not only recover, but grow and thrive and become one of the world’s leading information management companies.

They were able to avoid the pain and misery that many companies went through when they lost key team members in the twin towers.

Oracle was able to go from being overwhelmed and under-prepared to being able to transform and transition into a group of powerful leaders.
