ASUS was a top technology manufacturer in Asia that wanted to increase the amount of traffic coming into their website.

We eliminated over half of their pages that were unnecessary, focused their story into a much more succinct and interesting version and used a variety of methods to increase their traffic.
They paid us a handsome fee up front and a percentage of all the leads we created.
However, since we took them from getting 1,200 hits a day to 14,000 hits a day, their servers became overloaded, their site went down frequently and they ended up having massive back orders that they couldn’t fulfill.
We then realized that they couldn’t hire people fast enough, train people fast enough or keep up with the demand needed in manufacturing.
We then switched into an organizational development consulting role as well and help them scale their company up to be able to meet the demand that we had created.
We transformed them from hoping they could get a lot of clients to actually becoming a company that could serve their clients well.
