Lumigence is a company that started in Lake Tahoe, California. They wanted to provide energy medicine healing to people in the form of a high energy beam.

The villain in the story is ignorance and greed.

The problem they were having on the inside was confusion, fear of being copied and inability to trust.

The external problem was that they were not able to get patents, set up their manufacturing or figure out how to scale their company.

The conflict that they were having was that they wanted to produce healing for many people but also wanted to maintain secrecy at the same time.

When I met them I instantly liked them and wanted to help them become successful. My background in startups holistic health and healing and getting ready for seed capital help them save a great deal of time, money and energy.

I asked them to get clear on their values purpose and vision and then together we created a strategic plan to implement the program.

They were able to produce several of the devices and let dozens of people test them over the first few years. 1 beam to 5 beams being tested

They were able to avoid thousands of dollars in startup consulting costs and a lot of wasted time going down dead ends.

They were able to transform from a theoretical engineering group to an actual full-on company.
