The sentience organization was a foundation set up to create a dozen training hospitals around the world to train health professionals in integral medicine.
The problem they were having was that they wanted to practice holistic medicine as a part of a system that promoted holistic health practices in every area of life, not just in medicine. They had many disparate groups and ideas of how to make the world a better place, but had no way to synthesize it all. They had dozens of amazing practitioners from a variety of backgrounds and no clear way to bring it all together.
They were looking for funding to set up an endowment so that profit would not have to be the only motive driving everything.
When they met us, we coached them on how to put together an integral system that would combine the various values. purposes and visions of the different leaders. We then help them developed the strategic goals and plans to allow the visions to come to fruition.
We helped them develop a several hundred page business plan and put together an organizational development training program to have the necessary pieces in place to receive full funding.
We developed a series of best practices and protocols in order to create a critical path to deliver the products and services in the business plan. We delivered a team of financial professionals to help work all the numbers into a manageable system that could be implemented.

It was also offered a $12 Billion grant by a private group with the mission of creating modular, floating hospitals to provide disaster relief even with oceans rising and tidal events occurring.
We continued to supervise and assist for a while, but ultimately had to move on to other clients and projects.
