Ubiquity University is a graduate school in Northern California that wants to create optimal higher education for as many people in the world as possible.
The problem they were having was that needed funding to expand their platform to service more people.
When I met them, I had experience in organizational development and in aligning a team’s core values, purposes and vision into a strategic plan.
I helped their leader Jim Garrison clarify his vision and worked with the other leaders to build an aligned collaborative team that allowed them to receive what they needed.
I asked them to develop their system based on their wisdom and vision that was most purposeful.
They ended up finding support and funding with a European group that gave them $20 Million to optimize their system.
They were able to avoid the endless turmoil of fundraising and wasting time trying to get everything off the ground with just hard work.
They were able to transform from a small, unorganized University into a large game changing educational platform that will benefit millions.
