風 Feng = Wind
水 Shui = Water

Hi there,

We’d like to share with you today something that has helped us and our loved ones for many years, and will hopefully benefit you and your loved ones

It’s the idea of having your life mapped out so you can see what’s going on instead of having endless pages of paper with all your ideas written down and no time to read them again

One of the easiest ways is to simply draw a circle and put the main priorities of your life in that circle

If you look at your life as a wheel with everything in it and reduce it to its simplest form it might be the personal side and the professional side

In Chinese philosophy they call these the opposites or yin and yang

It could also be hot and cold fast and slow light and dark big and small etc…

On the other end of the spectrum if you tried to capture every single area of your life, it might have hundreds of sections which would be overwhelming

We use a model that’s been tested for thousands of years that has health in the center and then you have eight options around it

Feng Shui 風水 Wind Water
Feng Shui 風水 Wind Water

It is based off the four cardinal directions North, South, East and West and includes the corners as well of Northeast, Northwest, Southeast and Southwest

It is based on things that will always happen so that you know you can count on those as your foundation such as water flowing downhill the sun rising in the east it always being colder at night than at noon time etc…

Our team uses this model always starting at the center which is health and wellness

Here’s a quick practice for getting centered no matter what is happening in your life

We start every morning like this and suggest you may find it helpful too

Sides of the head front and back top and bottom

Sides of the heart front and back top and bottom

Sides of the belly front and back top and bottom

Since these are the three physical centers of the body, if you connect all these three points you are literally centered
